RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase
and recognize that there are occasions when you want to return an item. 

• You can return the purchase up to 7 days after received.

• Items are to be returned in the original packaging and within 14 days from the date it was received.  In some cases, we may arrange for the item to be collected from you.

• To return a purchase, please contact us.  We will provide you with return address details.

• We will issue a store credit for the item purchase price.  Shipping costs are not reimbursed.

• You are responsible for return postage costs.

• We will not charge any restocking fees or other administration fees.

• If you feel that the item you purchased is incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately to discuss a resolution.
